Terms and Conditions

Custom Order Confirmations

All custom order quotes must be confirmed by the client within 7 days of the custom order request submission in order to secure your spot. If Bri’s Sweetest Celebrations does not receive a response by the required confirmation date, the custom order request will be cancelled and the date will be made available to other potential clients. 

Payments 

Full payment is due 21 days (3 weeks) prior to pick-up date. If the client fails to make payments, Bri’s Sweetest Celebrations will cease work, the order will be cancelled, and no refund will be given. 

Changes to Orders

Any changes must be submitted prior to final payment. Any changes made afterwards may be incorporated at the discretion of  Bri’s Sweetest Celebrations. There will be no changes allowed 14 days prior to the event.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the pick-up date in order to receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 14 days of the pick-up date, no refunds will be provided. In the event of an emergency where Bri’s Sweetest Celebrations must cancel an order, a full refund will be provided along with a shop credit worth 20% of your original order amount.

Allergy & Dietary Warnings

All treats are prepared in a home kitchen that produces common allergens such as milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, nuts, wheat, and soy. Bri’s Sweetest Celebrations is unable to serve those with severe food allergies at this time. The client is responsible for pointing out to guests’ potential allergy hazards. If there are any questions or concerns about certain ingredients that the client is allergic to, please contact Bri’s Sweetest Celebrations before placing an order.

Pick Up / Shipping / Deliveries

Bri’s Sweetest  Celebrations operates under Ohio Cottage Food Laws which allows Bri’s Sweetest Celebrations to ship cookies within the state limits of Ohio. The client is responsible for all shipping cost should shipping be selected. Porch pick up is available for all local orders.  Delivery services are also available for custom orders (pre-sales and pop-ups are excluded from this service)  for a small fee of $15 if you live within a 15-mile radius of the zip code 43232. 

Liability

Bri’s Sweetest Celebrations is not responsible for bodily injury, property or consequential damage, which may result from products/services provided. Bri’s Sweetest Celebrations is not responsible for any damage to the goods/services provided caused by anyone not employed by Bri’s Sweetest Celebrations.

Bri’s Sweetest Celebrations reserves the right to use all photographs, video, and other content of custom orders for advertising purposes unless otherwise requested and agreed upon mutually.
