Order Your Sweet Treats

Custom order requests must be made at least 21 days in advance to avoid any rush fees.  

Steps to Order

1. Review pricing breakdowns

2. Locate corresponding order form(s) for the item(s) you’d like to order.

3. Fill out all the required information on the order form(s)

4. Check email - Once the custom order request has been submitted, you will receive an email within 1-2 business days. Please check your spam/junk folder as gmail will sometimes route to those folders if this is your first communication with Bri’s Sweetest Celebrations.

Porch Pickup / Delivery

All orders must be picked up in East Columbus, Ohio during an agreed upon time slot. All porch pickups will have 2 options: curbside pickup or no-contact porch pickup. For curbside pickup, I will request you to notify me when you arrive and will bring the package to your car so that you do not have to get out. For no-contact porch pick up, I will request you to notify me when you are close by, then I will leave the cookies on a bench outside my front door, and I will monitor the front door to ensure that you have picked up your package. Once the package leaves the chair on my front door, I am not responsible for any cookies that break during transit.

If you do not pick up your package during the agreed-upon the time slot, your order will be held for up to 24 hours before it is forfeited. If your order is forfeited due to a no-show or a no-text/message, you will not receive a refund.

Cancellations / Refunds

Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the event in order to receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 14 days of the event, no refunds will be provided. 

In the event of an emergency where Bri’s Sweetest Celebrations must cancel an order, a full refund will be provided along with a shop credit worth 20% of your original order amount.
