The printer is also approved by NSF®, a USA-based company that certifies hundreds of thousands of items used in food preparation, including tables, cookware, machines and other devices for use in food service.
Heat-sealed cookies last 1-2 weeks in room temperature and up to 3 months frozen (Careful freezing printed cookies as introducing printed cookies to condensation can cause ink to bleed).
